“Client” refers to the person or business receiving services from Hawkins Collective.
“Agency” refers to Hawkins Collective.
“Project” means the agreed scope of work detailed in the proposal or agreement.
All services provided will be outlined in a written proposal, including deliverables, timelines, and cost. Any work beyond this scope will be subject to additional fees and may require a revised timeline.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
Ongoing retainers or support services will be billed monthly in advance.
Late payments incur a 5% fee after 14 days overdue, and 10% after 30 days.
The Client agrees to:
Provide timely access to content, feedback, and approvals.
Ensure all content supplied is owned or licensed.
Appoint a single point of contact for the project.
Project timelines are dependent on timely Client feedback. Delays caused by the Client may result in a revised delivery date and additional fees.
Hawkins Collective retains ownership of all code, designs, and assets until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate or agreed fee.
Hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually.
We monitor uptime, apply security updates, and perform regular backups for sites we host.
The Client is responsible for third-party services not managed by us.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, the Client will be billed for all work completed to date.
No refunds will be issued for time or services already delivered.
Hawkins Collective will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We take all reasonable precautions, but the Client is responsible for final content approval and legal compliance.
